”Annual General Meeting 2021
Scottish Cycling hereby gives notice that the 2021 Scottish Cyclists’ Union Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 27 November 2021.
More information will follow shortly.
Please find below key dates and milestones for this year’s AGM.
1. Propositions for the 2021 Agenda
If your club or association would like to propose anything to be included in the 2021 Agenda this should reach Scottish Cycling no later than 2 October 2021. Propositions may include changes to the Memorandum, Articles of Association and Byelaws. All propositions must have been approved by two officials in your club or association and be submitted on the proposition form.
2. Nominations for Board of Directors
Scottish Cycling currently has ONEposition for election or re-election to the Board of Directors, the position of President. Nominations for the position should be submitted by 30 October 2021.
3. Agenda Papers
Preliminary Agenda papers will be circulated by 16 October 2021. Once received any amendments to the preliminary Agenda must reach Scottish Cycling by no later than 30 October 2021and final Agenda papers will be issued by 6 November 2021.
4. Club/ Association Representation
Details of each club or association’s representation at the 2021 AGM will be circulated nearer the time.
5. Written Reports and questions
Scottish Cycling will publish our Annual Report no later than 6 November 2021. Any questions on the Annual Report should reach the Scottish Cycling by no later than 19 November 2020 and where possible we will provide written answers to all questions to allow us more time for any debate on the day. Any questions submitted and their answers will be published on the AGM section of our website which can be found here.
