Hi I’ve just passed my acred4 and was wondering if anyone has advice on what I should do next . Should I do drop ins on my own or is there a group for inexperienced riders? Are the coaching sessions a better way to start? Any advice would be welcome I don’t own a track bike so will be hiring from velodrome in the short term Thanks Iain

Got to ride on the velodrome with Kenny and Les this morning (for a few laps at least), childhood dream accomplished 😃
9am is okay
sorry Edinburgh am for me 😫
There on Tues @9 Iain
I’ve booked Monday morning 8am if anyone fancies some track time
Taps Aff then, cos your skin is pink.🤣
yes, always fun, whole velodrome track for the 2 of, nice 😁
Thanks Paul , I enjoyed that this morning
booked in for Monday 7am. just me so far but few may join, we can practise riding the blue line 2up. Maybe even play with some sprinty things at the end, for the helluva it 😁
Don’t you worry. You have plenty of genetic track time under your belt. Get right round about it.
Iain if you want to meet up for a drop in I can do the early ones at 7am on Monday and Tuesday, yes the early ones I'm afraid, no worries if not suitable 😁
Cheers for all the info , endurance DST seems the clear favourite for me
I think hire bikes are OK on coach led sessions.
Iain , the drop in sessions area bit of a lottery depending on who turns up, as Edd says DST endurance would be a good place to start.
do the drop ins, avoid 8am to 9am on Tuesday and friday, very fast. other sessions fine
